for those adamant faithful ANTM fans this was the season to keep watching America's Next Top Model. Tyra & Co. has reinvented the show like to other. from the prizes (Guess Campaign, Nylon Magazine Spread, NEXT Model Management Modeling Contract & $100,000.00) to the judges overhaul, to the Social Media integration! From an ANTM Viewer since Cycle ONE, Way to go Tyra!!
I thoroughly enjoyed this cycle from the beginning to the end. it was so interesting witnessing the girls and guys compete for the reigning title. the mix of the contestants backgrounds was like a melting pot of personalities;GREAT FOR TV!
the NEW judges, Kelly Cutrone, aka in my book, "Cut-Throat Cutrone" those of you may be familiar with her NYC-based PR Firm People's Revolution and her presence on the popular MTV shows "the Hills" and "the City". She is one tough cookie but sooo honest in her critics, i LOVE her!
Male SuperModel, Rob Evans perfect for the panel and definitely a good "looker" to watch weekly lol. I appreciated his passion in his critiques and it was refreshing to have a POV from an actual model in the business.
Jay was replaced w/ J, as in JohnnyWujek as the photo shoot Creative Consultant. he is an excellent choice! he gave great direction to each contestant during the shoots w/o being biased. He also delivered a freshness in his personal fashion weekly. A+
Now, On to Cycle 2.0 Finale...I enjoyed the cycle eliminated contestants involvement leading up to the end. the "Catwalk Crew" which consisted of a hype crew for each finalist made up of the eliminated models finalist team of choice. and they participated in the finale walk oppose to random paid models. these gestures IMO showed appreciation for the contestant efforts. So Good Tyra!!
The Catwalk Finale, the storyline was engaging and interesting.the models were characters in this deep love triangle that was acted out right on the catwalk! Jourdan and Marvin face off...
(the GUESS campaign photo shoot)
Marvin walk was DEAD, yes he gave good face w/ his chisel cheeks but the main factor is the WALK & Jourdan was fierce! even though she had runway struggle in her first look tripping on her dress, she balanced that gorgeous gold head piece and cape like a pro!

The Finale Photo shoot, of course Tyra was the photographer of choice. and I liked the idea of Miss Tyra on set taking the pictures however doing the makeup could be left to the professionals :)
they had a http://appstore.com/flixelphotosinc/ photoshoot. Tyra had amazing energy which transferred to Jourdan & Marvin both. IMO Jourdan was best on set.
and the winner is...my choice of course, Jourdan!!!!! she had an inspiring story besides that she took great photos during the cycle and she is the most model-like with a banging walk, a typical blonde bombshell with fierceness! Marvin had definitely matured as a model. his journey has certainly been a joy to watch. however the clear winner this cycle was Jourdan.
with that, Cycle 2.0 was a REAL TREAT! #fashionfairyfav
